Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are purchasing items for personal use, you have a legal right under UK law to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Standard Items: The 14-day period starts from the day after you receive your items.

Subscription Services: The 14-day cooling-off period applies to the first delivery only, beginning the day after you receive the first box or item.

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by sending a clear statement to [email protected], including your order number and the specific items you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to our designated return address within 14 days.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the items arrive faulty or not as described. Please do not send items back directly to our third-party fulfillment warehouses unless expressly instructed by us.

Condition of Returned Items

Because many of our items are collectibles where the physical condition directly impacts their value (such as graded cards, sealed packs, comics, or display-condition figures), items must be returned in the exact condition you received them. We reserve the right to reduce your refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling—such as removing protective sleeves, opening sealed packaging, or altering the grading condition.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned goods (or you provide proof that you have sent them back), we will process your full refund, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days using your original payment method.

Exceptions to Cancellation

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to items made to your specific specifications, clearly personalized items, or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return if they have been unsealed after delivery.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your items arrive faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from their stated condition or grading description, you are entitled to a resolution:

Within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund.

Within 6 months of delivery: You can request a repair or replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn't possible).
